Built in the market. Built for teams.
StubWorld was established in 2000 as a ticket market operator. Twenty six years later the firm works on the rights holder's side, partnering with clubs across MLB, the NBA, the NHL, the NFL and MLS, with college athletics programs, and with concert, theater and venue operators in the United States and Canada.
Twenty six years of living with the result of every decision.
StubWorld has bought, priced and sold tickets in every season since 2000. That history matters because it was earned with the firm's own capital: every price move, every unsold seat and every last-minute release showed up on our own ledger, not in someone else's report.
As teams consolidated their secondary market partners from a dozen or more to a handful, the standard for a partner moved with them. Clubs now expect capital, execution and reporting from the same counterparty. StubWorld built its team-side practice around exactly that: pricing and distribution run by people who have done it for a living, inventory structures backed by our own money when the deal calls for it, and a Partner Portal that shows the club what is happening in its own market.
Some partners sell software. Some sell advice. We do the work.
Six commitments, kept for every partner.
Transparency
We share the meaningful information and surface the hard truth, including when the market disagrees with the plan.
Accountability
We own the execution and measure ourselves against the club's objectives, not against ticket volume.
Alignment
We build economics that keep both sides pulling toward the same result.
Responsiveness
When market conditions change, the club gets a person on the phone, not a ticket number.
Judgment
We use technology without outsourcing responsibility to a model. Experienced people make the call.
Improvement
Every event creates new information. We carry the lessons into the next game, series and season.
